123 W. Mondamin St., P.O. Box 423, Minooka, IL 60447. We
recommended you use proof of delivery with U.S. Mail, UPS, FedEx or
other. and also make a copy of any ORIGINAL documents before
sending.

If you choose U.S. Mail
without proof of service, please give us courtesy call, 815 467-7462
to let us know they’ve been mailed.
An electronic filing signature form AND payment must be included
with your mail-in or drop-off packet. Please call us to obtain your
rate prior to writing your check. Your return will not be
filed unless both are included.
There’s a
Drop-off or Mail-in discount (up to 20%) that will be deducted from
your tax prep fee.

Credit / debit cards
are not applicable for this discounted service.

Appointment fees for returning clients with a basic return (W2, Schedule A,
Interest) begin at $95. New client appointments begin at $115.
Any additional fees will be determined based on our published fee
schedule. Our office now accepts credit/debit cards, as well as
checks or cash for payment with this level of service.
